Star Fox Family to Release 'BTS Hangeul Message Chocolate' in Celebration of 'Hangul Day'

Star Fox Family has a new treat for ARMYs as they will launch a "BTS Hangul Message Chocolate" to celebrate the upcoming "Hangul Day"!

On Oct. 8, Star Fox Family officially announced that they will be releasing a special product in collaboration with BTS to commemorate this year's "Hangul Day," which will happen on Saturday, Oct. 9. Such an important event is being celebrated to honor the convention of the Korean writing script (Hangul) made by King Sejeong back in 1446.

Star Fox Family Launches 'BTS Hangeul Message Chocolate' for Hangul Day

According to Star Fox Family, they will release two types of BTS chocolates for the upcoming Hangul Day, and both are inspired by the boy group's two songs.

BTS's name in Hangul (방탄소년단) and their logo will be used as a decoration on the chocolate and the box where the products will be placed.

In addition to that, the lyrics of BTS's "Microcosm" and "Spring Day" will also be engraved on the surface of the chocolate.

Star Fox Family CEO Lee Dae Hee said, "I hope that the beauty of Korean Hangeul, which we are proud of, will be known all over the world."

The "BTS Hangeul Message Chocolate" will be available for purchase at the Star Fox Shop starting today, Oct. 8.

This is not the first time that Star Fox Family collaborated with BTS for a new chocolate product.

This past April, it was reported that Star Fox Family signed a licensing settlement with HYBE and released four types of "TinyTAN Message Chocolate" in May.

The BTS chocolates include messages of good influence, dreams, hope, healing, and consolation. The product comes with seven stickers as a bonus.

The "TinyTAN Message Chocolate" was first released in South Korea and Japan.

After that, Star Fox Family launched a "TinyTAN Grim," a dried seaweed snack in September. There are eight different flavors, including cheese, fire chicken, bulgogi, wasabi, mala, butter-garlic, and original.

Additionally, it was distributed in two different types: "Dynamite" and "Magic Door" versions.

"TinyTAN Grim" was distributed to South Korea, the United States, Australia, The United Kingdom, Indonesia, and more.

BTS Enters the Weekly and Monthly Gaon Charts

In other news, BTS has numerous entries on the latest weekly and monthly Gaon Charts, which were revealed on Oct. 7.

First off, BTS x Coldplay's "My Universe" peaked at No. 2 on the weekly Gaon Digital Chart with 23,684,594 digital points. Remarkably, the song jumped 16 spots to reach second place.

On the same chart, "Dynamite" climbed up to No. 21 with over 12 million digital points. It has now surpassed 1.3 billion total points on Gaon, becoming the first 2020 song to do so.

"Permission to Dance" and "Butter" also entered the weekly digital chart, grabbing the Nos. 7 and 10 spots, respectively.

On the monthly Gaon Album Chart for September 2021, BTS's highest-ranking album is "Butter," which re-entered the Top 5 with over 230,000 copies sold.

The other BTS albums on the same chart are: "Love Yourself: Tear" (No. 19), "MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA" (No. 20), "Love Yourself: Answer" (No. 21), "Love Yourself: Her" (No. 23), "MAP OF THE SOUL: 7" (No. 24), "You Never Walk Alone" (No. 33).

Moreover, BTS's "For the most part, Young Forever" rose to No. 34, while "The Most Beautiful Love pt. 2" climbed up to No. 37, "O! RUL8,2?" ascended to No. 40, "BE" rose to No. 41, "How to Love You pt.1" climbed up to No. 42, "2 Cool 4 Skool" took No. 45, "Dark & Wild" grabbed No. 47, and "Skool Luv Affair" secured No. 51.
