BLACKPINK Lisa's 'LALISA' is the Second Fastest Song by a K-pop Soloist to Hit 100 Million Streams on Spotify
On Oct. 26, YG Entertainment announced that the title track from BLACKPINK Lisa's first single album, "LALISA," has exceeded 100 million streams on Spotify.
Released on Sept. 10, "LALISA" only took 46 days to achieve this feat. This is the second-shortest period in history to achieve the mark.
The solo song that holds the record for the fastest to reach 100 million streams on Spotify is BLACKPINK Lisa's "MONEY," which only took 37 days.
With this, Lisa has now claimed the first two places on the list of fastest solo tracks to hit 100 million streams on the global streaming platform, proving her immense popularity.

For the overall record including girl group songs, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" now sits at No. 6, surpassing BLACKPINK and Dua Lipa's "Kiss and Make Up," which recorded 55 days.
This year, Lisa and her bandmate Rosé are the only female K-pop artists to have songs that reached 100 million streams on Spotify, so far. All of their two tracks have obtained this milestone.
Since its release, BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" has been breaking and setting records not only on streaming platforms but also on Billboard charts and YouTube.

In particular, "LALISA" currently holds the record for the fastest music video by a soloist in the world to reach 100 million views (a little over two days), and the record for the fastest MV by a female K-pop soloist to score 200 million views (13 days, 14 hours, and 40 minutes).
BLACKPINK Lisa's "LALISA" MV even holds the world record for the most-viewed MV by a soloist in the first 24 hours. It accumulated an impressive number of 73.6 million views.

On Oct. 26, Billboard unveiled the latest rankings for the Global Excl. US chart for the week ending on Oct. 30. On the list, "MONEY" secured the No. 9 spot, spending its second week within the Top 10.

"MONEY" becomes Lisa's second song to stay inside the Top 10 for multiple weeks, following "LALISA," which spent two weeks.
BLACKPINK Lisa now becomes the first and only K-pop soloist to spend multiple weeks within the Top 10 of Billboard Global Excl. US. She also now joins BTS and BLACKPINK as the only K-pop artists in history to attain this feat.
Moreover, Lisa becomes the first K-pop soloist in history to have two songs ("LALISA" and "MONEY") spend at least two weeks inside the Top 10 of the Billboard global chart.
