BTS and TXT Score Nominations for the 2021 People’s Choice Awards
The complete list of nominees for the upcoming 2021 People's Choice Awards has just been released, and K-pop groups BTS and TXT managed to score nominations. Keep on reading for all the details.
BTS Score Nominations at the 2021 People's Choice Awards
On October 27, the People's Choice Awards released the complete list of nominees for this year's award show. BTS was able to snag several nominations under their belt. The group is up for "The Group of 2021," competing against Coldplay, Dan + Shay, Imagine Dragons, the Jonas Brothers, Maroon 5, Migos, and Twenty One Pilots.

BTS is also up for "The Song of 2021" with "Butter." The boy group is up against Ed Sheeran for "Bad Habits," Adele for "Easy on Me," Olivia Rodrigo for "good 4 u," Lil Nas X for "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," Justin Beiber for "Peaches (fear. Daniel Ceaser & Giveon)," The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber for "Stay," and Cardi B for "Up."
BTS is also up for "The Music Video of 2021," scoring two nominations under this category. One nomination is for "Butter," while the other is for "My Universe" with Coldplay.
They are up against Adele for "Easy on Me," Olivia Rodrigo for "good 4 u," KAROL G, Anuel AA, and J Balvin for "Location," Lil Nas X for "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," The Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber for "Stay" and Justin Bieber for "Peaches (feat. Daniel Ceaser & Giveon)."

BTS has scored several nominations and wins at the People's Choice Awards in their career. In 2018, they won in all the categories they were nominated for, which are "Group of the Year," "Music Video of the Year," and "Song of the Year" for "IDOL" and "Social Celebrity of the Year."
The boys did the same in 2020. That year, BTS brought home "The Album of 2020" for "Map of the Soul: 7" and "The Group of 2020." In addition, "Dynamite" won BTS "The Music Video of 2020" and "The Song of 2020."

TXT Scores Nomination at the 2021 People's Choice Awards
TXT, who is coincidentally also under Big Hit Labels, is also nominated for a People's Choice Awards. The K-pop group is nominated for "The New Artist of 2021."
The group is nominated against 24KGOLDN, Bella Poarch, Giveon, Olivia Rodrigo, Rauw Alejandro, Tate McCrae, and The Kid Laroi.
This is the first time TXT has been nomianted for the People's Choice Awards.
