BLACKPINK's 'Lovesick Girls' MV Achieves 500 Million Views

On October 30, YG Entertainment revealed BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls" MV surpassed 500 million views on YouTube, the quartet's 9th music video to do so.

BLACKPINK's "Lovesick Girls" has a lyrical melody, which showcases the members' powerful vocals, with the accompaniment of the country-style guitar sound.

It's also noteworthy that members Jennie and Jisoo participated in composing of the song. Unlike their previous works popular because they are intense and performance-oriented, BLACKPINK members' growth and more mature aura in "Lovesick Girls" stood out and received favorable reviews.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's "Playing with Fire," one of the title songs from their second digital single, surpassed 700 million views on YouTube on the same day, five years since its release.

The MV once again caught the hearts of the music listeners from all over the world as it exudes the members' girl-crush charms.

With approximately 32 billion views, BLACKPINK's music video performance is indeed laudable. In fact, the group's YouTube channel subscription continues to grow; now, it has more than 68.8 million.

Furthermore, each member's Instagram account followers and BlACKPINK itself have a total of 250 million.
