On November 11, a post concerning aespa member Winter and her sudden change in nose shape caused a stir on Pann Nate, one of South Korea's biggest online community forums. A user shared screenshots from an online fansign from November 10, which were shared by fans on social media.
Many were surprised to see Winter in the pictures due to her sudden change in nose shape. During the fan sign, the idol's had a large nose bridge, and her nose appeared flatter. However, the shape of her nose in the fan sign is said to be identical to her pre-debut photos.
Winter is famous for her "sliding" nose, which means that she was known for having a slim and thin nose. However, these latest images show the opposite. The drastic difference in her nose shape in such a short time has internet users baffled. On October 31, the female idol's nose still appeared slim and high during a fan sign.
Some speculate that Winter removed filler in the bridge of her nose, returning her nose to its natural shape. Previously, people assumed that the idol had cosmetic procedures done to her face after her pre-debut photos went viral, showing some features of her face had changed following her debut. This has caused some controversy online, with some people claiming her pre-debut images and current photos are too different.
Some comments that believe she removed her filler read, "Looking at these photos is so surprising. It's like she took off her old nose and put in another one," "I think her filler melted or she removed her nasal cartilage. For the November 10 fan sign, internet users believe that the stylists opted for a light and pretty make-up look, which differs vastly from SM Entertainment's carefully photoshopped photos.
