The interactions of K-pop idols at year-end awards is something the K-pop community often looks back at it as award show season draws near. One of the legendary moments that is often resurfaced during this time is between TWICE member Nayeon and EXO member D.O.

Specifically, during the 2016 Melon Music Awards, Nayeon was seen sending several flying kisses to fans. However, as she was in the middle of sending a flying kiss to a fan, D.O. coincidentally was trying to walk past her. As the two crossed paths, D.O. stopped for two seconds to let Nayeon pass.
Nayeon, who appeared shocked and embarrassed by the ordeal, stepped back and moved her hands away from her lips. She also bowed to her senior as a sign of respect. This video went viral at the time of its release because when Nayeon moved her hands away from her lips and gestured for D.O. to move forward, it looked like she was sending him a flying kiss!
Fans often remember this legendary frame every year in anticipation of the coming Melon Music Awards. Even TWICE fans tease Nayeon over this cute and embarrassing incident!

This is not Nayeon's only interaction with D.O. At the 2017 Seoul Music Awards, the two are seen making eye contact while on stage. As the two groups cross paths, Nayeon and D.O. smile at each other and bow. The two appeared much closer than the previous year, and many were happy to see the friendship between the two groups from different companies.

TWICE Recent Activities
TWICE is scheduled to drop their third Korean-language studio album, "Formula of Love O+T=3," on November 12. The studio album will include fifteen songs, including the lead single "Scientist" and the Korean version of "The Feels." The original version of "The Feels," which is sung in English, was released on October 1.
