Thousand of K-pop fans took to Reddit to take part in a survey concerning their favorite K-pop groups. The census was split into several categories, including geography, gender, and sexualities. Here are the top ten most popular K-pop groups among male K-pop fans in 2021.

10. Girls' Generation

Girls ' Generation ranked in tenth place, who received 392 votes from male K-pop fans. Male K-pop fans who voted for sub-units from Girls' Generation, such as Girls' Generation-TTS and SNSD-Oh!GG was included in this count. Girls' Generation ranked higher among males than females.

9. MAMAMOO

Ninth place goes to MAMAMOO, who received 418 votes from male K-pop fans. MAMAMOO is equally popular among men and women. In this women's census, MAMAMOO ranked in tenth place. It just goes to show how well-loved MAMAMOO is in the K-pop industry!

8. IZ*ONE

IZ*ONE ranked in eighth place, taking home 453 votes from male K-pop fans. According to the Reddit census, IZ*ONE is more popular among men than women. In the women's category of the census, IZ*ONE ranked in 22nd place.

7. (G)I-DLE

Ranking in seventh place is (G)I-DLE, who received 520 votes from male K-pop fans. Like IZ*ONE, (G)I-DLE is more popular among men K-pop fans than women. In the women's category of the census, (G)I-DLE ranked in 18th place.

6. BLACKPINK

Sixth place went to YG Entertainment's very own BLACKPINK, who received 599 votes from male K-pop fans. BLACKPINK is slightly more popular among men than with women. In the women's census, BLACKPINK ranked in ninth place.

5. ITZY

ITZY took home fifth place, receiving 648 votes from male K-pop fans on Reddit. Similar to BLACKPINK, ITZY is slightly more popular among men than women. In the women's census, ITZY ranked in eighth place.

4. Dreamcatcher

Ranking in fourth place is Dreamcatcher, who received 672 votes from male K-pop fans. Male K-pop fans who voted for MINX were included in this count, as Dreamcatcher originally debuted as MINX in 2014 and revamped and re-debuted as Dreamcatcher in 2017.

Dreamcatcher is more popular among men, according to the Reddit K-pop census. In the women's category, Dreamcatcher ranked in 13th place.

3. LOONA

Third place went to LOONA, who received 682 votes from male K-pop fans in Reddit. Male K-pop fans who voted for LOONA's sub-units, LOONA 1/3, LOONA Odd Eye Circle and LOONA yyxy, were also included in this count. LOONA is more popular among men than women. In the women's census, LOONA ranked in 12th place.

2. Red Velvet

Red Velvet ranked second among male K-pop fans, receiving 948 votes. Male K-pop fans who voted for Red Velvet's sub-unit, Red Velvet-IRENE & SEULGI, were included in this count. Red Velvet is slightly more popular among female fans. In the women's census, Red Velvet ranked in the first place.

1. TWICE

Ranking in the first place TWICE received 1,060 votes among male K-pop fans. This means that TWICE is the most popular K-pop girl group among male K-pop fans! TWICE is slightly more popular among male K-pop fans. In the women's census, TWICE ranked in second place.
