On the November 26 episode of KBS Cool FM's radio program "Park Myung Soo's Radio Show," which is hosted by the DJ and comedian himself, Park Myung Soo recalled the time he met a member of BTS while he was out relaxing.
During the episode, Park Myung Soo had mentioned the seven-member boy group's historic win at this year's American Music Awards, where they won Best Pop Duo/Group, Favorite Pop Song, and the highest award, Artist of the Year.
"I mean, it is amazing. We need to have another BTS... the second BTS. Their achievement is such a huge honor to the country," Park Myung Soo praised the group.
He added that it's no wonder that BTS had won all three categories that they were nominated in, because "Their songs are incredible and they are so trendy."
After gushing about the group, Park Myung Soo then talked about the time he went to a sauna not too long ago, where he encountered one member of BTS! Although he didn't specify who among the seven members he met.
"Not too long ago, I happened to bump into one of the members of BTS while I was at the sauna. He was like, 'Oh, hyung! This is ooo,' and all," Park Myung Soo said.

Park Myung Soo added that he felt grateful to the member and shook hands with him. "I felt really grateful that I shook hands with him and all that stuff. At the time, his hair wasn't styled. It was pretty messy," the entertainer said.
He continued on to praise the unnamed BTS member, saying that he was shown polite manners when he was greeted with a smile and that they had approached Park Myung Soo first. "He was super polite," Park Myung Soo ended.
While listening to Park Myung Soo's story, many fans couldn't stop commenting how proud their are to be a member of BTS' fans, ARMY.
BTS Makes History at the 2021 American Music Awards
Meanwhile, BTS made a historic achievement during their attendance at the 2021 American Music Awards held back on November 21 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The group was nominated and won in three categories: Best Pop Duo/Group, where they competed against AJR, Glass Animals, Maroon 5, and Silk Sonic; Favorite Pop Song with "Butter," and competed against Doja Cat featuring SZA's "Kiss Me More," Dua Lipa's "Levitating," Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License," and The Weeknd and Ariana Grande's "Save Your Tears (Remix)."

They also took home the award for Artist of the Year as the first-ever Asian artist to do so, and were up against contenders Ariana Grande, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd.
During the awards ceremony, BTS also performed their collaboration song with Coldplay, "My Universe," and their 2021 hit summer single "Butter."
