(G)I-DLE Miyeon Cosplayed as League of Legends Character Ahri and People are Loving It
(G)I-DLE's connection to League of Legends just keeps getting stronger and stronger! Miyeon is known as the voice behind K/DA member Ahri, offering her vocals to the video game character for Riot Games' virtual girl group. While K/DA is currently on hiatus, that does not mean Miyeon has stopped representing Ahri!

In a promotional video for the tenth birthday of nine-tailed fox Ahri, (G)I-DLE's main vocalist and visual Miyeon appeared dressed as the in-game skin Dynasty Ahri. The idol is seen wearing a pink and white hanbok, also known as a traditional Korean dress. In addition, Miyeon sported double hair buns and pink ribbons, just like the skin. She sadly did not have the fox ears, but she managed to pull off the look regardless!
During the video, Miyeon wished Ahri a happy birthday and delivered some good news for League of Legends players on the Korean server. Riot Games Korea revealed that they would launch in-game missions and give away special merchandise sets to celebrate Ahri's tenth birthday. They are going all out for the character's special day!

Additionally, Miyeon also photos of her in the cosplay to Instagram, writing, "Happy birthday, Ahri."
Many have dubbed Miyeon as the real-life Ahri after lending her voice to the video game character through K/DA. She has previously sung as Ahri for the K/DA songs "POP/STARS," "More" and "The Baddest."

While fans do not know when K/DA will be coming back with a new song, they are happy to see Miyeon reprise her role as Ahri in the promotional video!

On November 17, 2021, Mieyon featured on rapper Kid Milli's song "Kitty."
On October 13, it was confirmed that Miyeon would star in the pink comedy web series "Adult Trainee." She will play the role of Bang Ye Kyung and will star alongside Ryu Ui Hyun. That same day, her collaboration with Lee Dong Hae, "Blue Moon," was released.
