Recently on December 17, major broadcasting station KBS held their annual "Gayo Daechukje," also known as "Song Festival," which was hosted by top K-Pop idols ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo, AOA's Seolhyun, and SF9's Rowoon.
On this night, numerous K-Pop stars graced the red carpet, and later the stage with their amazing performances of not only their own songs, but they also covered songs from their fellow K-Pop idols.

In particular, a special stage was presented, featuring an epic collaboration among the top girl groups of this generation, who went by the name of "F9" for their unit group!
"F9," which can mean "Flower 9," consists a total of nine members: Red Velvet's Wendy, ITZY's Yuna and Chaeryeong, IVE's Jang Wonyoung and Ahn Yujin, Brave Girls' Yuna, Oh My Girl's Jiho, and STAYC's Yoon and Sieun.

At the 2021 Gayo Daechukje, the nine members of F9 had a special performance covering second-generation girl group Girls' Generation's "Way to Go," which is a representative song that sends the message of strength and positivity and was originally released back in 2009 as part of their third mini-album, "Gee."
Dressed in matching white pleated skirts, white combat boots, and various pastel-colored tops, the members delivered a sweeter version of "Way to Go."
Following the conclusion of the 2021 Gayo Daechukje, F9's "Way to Go" performance is still a hot topic among fans and netizens on social media.
In fact, their performance became the most-watched video on Naver TV, accumulating more than 5.1 million views in less than 24 hours on the platform!

Not only that, but their "Way to Go" performance also soared to No. 1 on Naver TV's Top 100 videos.
Over on KBS' official Youtube channel KBS World TV, their performance is quick on its way to surpassing a million views, with the video currently at more than 760,000 views as of this writing, and is increasing by thousands at a good rate.
Red Velvet Wendy's Fancam is the Most-Viewed
When it comes to individual fancams of the performance, the group's oldest member Wendy had the most-viewed fancame on Youtube.
As of this writing, Wendy has more than 44,000 views on her fancam video, followed by Jang Wonyoung's who is coming close at 43,000 views.
Other fancams uploaded by KBS are of Sieun, Yoon, Yujin, Brave Girls' Yuna, ITZY's Yuna and Chaeryeong, Jiho's.
