#HANdredOnKOMCA: Stray Kids Han Joins Bandmates Bang Chan and Changbin as the Youngest K-pop Idols with the Most Copyrights on KOMCA

Stray Kids Han has achieved an incredible milestone as the new youngest K-pop idol to record the most copyrights on KOMCA (Korea Music Copyright Association), joining his bandmates Bang Chan and Changbin.

On Jan. 4, KOMCA updated Stray Kids Han's credits and one new song has been registered under his name. In particular, Han has been officially credited as the author and composer of "Scars (Korean Ver.)."

"Scars" was initially released as a Japanese song in October 2021 and serves as the main track of Stray Kids' second Japanese single of the same name. "Scars," which is described as an "energetic" and "touching" ballad with a bit of more tempo, expresses the boy group's determination that they must keep on making deep and large scars to attain a bigger dream even if they already have lots of them.

3RACHA (consisting of Stray Kids members Bang Chan, Han, and Changbin) wrote and co-composted "Scars" with Armadillo.

With "Scars (Korean Ver.)" being registered under Stray Kids Han's name on KOMCA, Han now has a total of 100 copyrights, which makes him the third band member to achieve this feat after Bang Chan and Changbin.

Additionally, this achievement makes Stray Kids member Han one of the youngest K-pop idols alongside Bang Chan and Changbin to have 100 registered songs on KOMCA. Among the three, Han is the youngest, which means he is the youngest Korean artist overall.

As of Jan. 4, Bang Chan has 113 song credits, while Changbin has 102 and Han has 100 copyrights. They remain the first, second, and third most credited fourth-generation K-pop idols in history.

On Twitter, Stray Kids' fans collectively called Stay are congratulating Han on his new milestone. Global fans have trended the hashtag "#HANdredOnKOMCA" with over 20,000 tweets.

Han Jisung (Han's full name) may be part of the rapper line in Stray Kids but rapping is not his only skill. He also excels in singing, dancing, producing as well as songwriting. He, in fact, has done an incredible job as a writer and composer, with most of his works becoming renowned masterpieces by Stray Kids.

Even before Stray Kids made their debut, Han was already active in writing and composing songs along with Bang Chan and Changbin as 3RACHA members. They released several mixtapes on their YouTube channel ahead of their debut.

One of the many spending songs Stray Kids Han wrote and composed alone is "Secret Secret." This track is one of the B-side songs from the group's first million-selling album "NOEASY." The lyrics are about someone wanting to let go of all their worries and forget about them.

Another example is "Sunshine" from Stray Kids' EP "CLE: LEVANTER." Han wrote this track in just two hours and composed it alongside Josh Wei and Nick Lee.

Stray Kids member Han not only writes in Korean but also in English and Japanese. He was the one who wrote "Slump" (which was released in Japanese and English) and composed it together with Bang Chan.
