TWICE Spends 7 Weeks on Billboard 200 With 'Formula of Love: O+T=<3'

TWICE Remains on the Billboard 200 Chart with 'Formula of Love: O+T=<3'

On the latest update of Billboard 200, TWICE's third full-length album, "Formula of Love: O+T=<3" is still on the chart at No. 79.

This is the girl group's first album to spend consecutive seven weeks on the Billboard chart.

Moreover, it's the second highest-charting album by a K-pop girl group after BLACKPINK's "The Album," which was at No. 69 on its seventh week.

Furthermore, "Formula of Love: O+T=<3" is still in No. 2 on its 7th week on Billboard's World Albums chart.

Then, on January 5, TWICE just scored their first Billboard "Pop Airplay" entry with "The Feels," ranking at No. 40.

TWICE Expands Global Influence on Billboard and YouTube in 2021

TWICE entered 3rd place on the Billboard 200 on November 27, 2021, and achieved their best performance and the highest-ranking among K-pop groups as of 2021. It ranked 26th on its debut on the chart, 66th on December 18, 84th on December 25, and 36th on January 1, 2022.

Moreover, TWICE ranked 88th on the Billboard's Artist 100, which comprehensively counts and ranks artists' performances, and their 3rd full-length album is on Top Album Sales, Top Current Album Sales, and World Album charts.

Previously, the album proved its hot popularity by exceeding 700,000 pre-orders and establishing a number more than 200,000 copies, higher than their previous album "Taste of Love."

TWICE's first English single "The Feels," ranked 40th on Billboard's Pop Airplay on January 5. Pop Airplay is a chart that ranks the songs that reach the most audiences on pop radio stations across the United States every week, which proves the long-run popularity of the song. 

In addition, the song was ranked 138th on the Billboard Global 200 and 79th on the Billboard Global 200 (excluding the US), showing its strong presence on the Billboard chart for 13 consecutive weeks.

In particular, TWICE stood out as the first K-pop girl group to make it to the Hot 100 last year with "The Feels."

In the past year alone, TWICE has set new records on the US Billboard charts, demonstrating worldwide growth. Their 10th mini-album "Taste of Love" entered the Billboard 200 on June 26 and set the highest record ever for a mini-album released by a K-pop girl group.

Aside from that, the girl group made a clear performance on YouTube. Beginning in February 2021, TWICE had a total of 12 music videos to hit over 100 million views.

Moreover, with a total of 19 music videos along with 15 active songs, three Japanese releases, and their first full English single "The Feels," the girls are maintaining the record of having the most music videos with millions of views among other girl groups in the world.

With this, TWICE is anticipated to make more records and fresh concepts this year.

Furthermore, the girls are set to take over the world with their 4th World Tour "III," which will begin in February in seven locations in the United States.
