NCT Dream's 'Hello Future' Makes History as First Repackaged Album by SM Artist to Reach 1 Million Sales on Hanteo
NCT Dream's "Hello Future" has attained another historic record as a repackaged album as it has now reached one million sales on the Hanteo Chart.

On Jan. 26, NCT Dream sold 20 more copies of "Hello Future" on the Hanteo Chart. What makes this a big deal is that it is the remaining copies needed for the group to reach an incredible total amount of sales.
With these additional copies sold, NCT Dream's "Hello Future" has now recorded a whopping one million sales on Hanteo. This album is the repackaged version of the group's first studio album "Hot Sauce."

"Hello Future" has now become the boy group's second album to record one million sales on the Hanteo Chart, after "Hot Sauce" (which is the first-ever NCT album to achieve the feat).
Additionally, NCT Dream's "Hello Future" is now the first repackaged album by an SM artist to sell one million copies on Hanteo, as well as the second repackaged album in history, following BTS' "You Never Walk Alone."
This achievement also makes NCT's sub-unit the second K-pop artist ever to reach one million sales for both full album and repackaged album, following BTS ("Wings" and "You Never Walk Alone").
Other than that, NCT Dream now ties with EXO as the third artist with the most albums that have one million sales on Hanteo, each with two albums.

The septet now joins BTS, SEVENTEEN and EXO as the only K-pop groups in history with at least two albums that sold one million copies on Hanteo.
Repackaged albums are quite difficult to sell since they are typically full albums with a few new songs. Hence, selling one million copies is a big achievement for NCT Dream. This only testified to the great amount of support that the boy group is receiving from their fans, NCTzen (or DREAMzen).
In celebration of NCT Dreams' historic feat, fans took to Twitter to trend "NCT DREAM REPACK 1M HANTEO" and "#HelloFuture1MHanteo" while they send their congratulatory messages to the group.

NCT Dream Wins at 31st Seoul Music Awards and 36th Golden Disc Awards
In other news, NCT Dream has taken home new awards from two different awards ceremonies in South Korea.
On Jan. 8, the 36th Golden Disc Awards was held, with NCT Dream named as one of the winners. The seven-member boy group claimed one of the Album Division Bonsang together with seven other artists.

This is their second time to be awarded at the Golden Disc Awards, as well as the first time to receive an Album Bonsang. They previously earned a Disc Bonsang.
On Jan. 23, the 31st Seoul Music Awards took place and NCT Dream was again called one of the victors. The septet also received one award: Best Album. This marks their second time to win an award at the Seoul Music Awards as well. Previously, they won a Bonsang Award.
