According to WikiProject Korea on February 9, BLACKPINK Jisoo proved her skyrocketing fame by ranking first among female idols with 220,867 page views.
In particular, WikiProject Korea is an ongoing project that keeps track of the most-viewed pages related to the Korean entertainment industry every month. Aside from this being a good medium to determine the current trend among fans and internet users, it is also one of the factors that can show how popular an artist is.
On top of that, page views and online visitors from Wikipedia are one of the authorized "social popularity indicators" as well used in the US Billboard Social Chart and presidential elections.
As a result, Jisoo of BLACKPINK then secured first place among female idols in the individual Wikipedia page rankings in January 2022, wherein data of pages inquiries were gathered from Jan. 1 to 31.
