Pentagon Yeo One Minor Accident Details Revealed

On Thursday, Feb. 10, Cube Entertainment released a statement saying that Yeo One won't be making public appearances in the coming days or even weeks. The K-pop idol got into a minor accident on Wednesday, Feb. 9.

Cube Entertainment's full statement here:

While Yeo One was on his way home, his car was hit by a drunk driver. He didn't suffer any injuries so he went through with his day as normal. In fact, Yeo One even attended the live recording for "IDOL LIVE: Homecoming Day."

On his way home, however, Yeo One experienced pain in his back so he decided to visit the hospital again. He received treatment while he was there, and he's now recovering at home.

What's in Store for Pentagon?

Pentagon will continue their activities but only as a seven-member group until Yeo One recovers.

The K-pop group originally has nine members. On Nov. 14, Jinho was discharged from his mandatory military service, but he didn't immediately reunite with his fellow idols amid COVID-19 fears.

Ten days later, Pentagon member Kino tested positive for COVID-19.

In January 2022, Pentagon finally made their highly-anticipated comeback, their 12th mini-album "IN:VITE U".

Jinho said that one of the things that make the Pentagon stand out is the fact that they are all very close to one another other.

He said that he hopes the K-pop group will still be able to perform for their fans even when they're in their 30s and 40s. But if this isn't possible, Jinho said that he wants to keep promoting new music and albums with the group so that he won't have any regrets.

Wooseok shared that he and Kino are polar opposites, but the former adores the latter because he's so considerate of other people's feelings. He also said that his personality improved a lot after he met Kino.
