Apink Eunji is blessed with long and toned legs, and Pink Pandas have not shied away from complimenting her because of it. In fact, one fan went as far as asking Apink Eunji what her secret is for having toned legs.

To everyone's surprise, Eunji gave the fan a quick and honest answer.

Apink Eunji Reveals Secret For Long, Toned Legs

On her Instagram account, Apink Eunji held an "Ask Me Anything" session with Pink Pandas (Apink fandom), and she received a question on how to achieve toned legs.

Apink Eunji then proceeded to answer that it's important to work out regularly to the point that it would feel as if your soul has left your body. She added doing cardio exercises after doing strength training has also helped her achieve her slender frame.

This isn't the first time that Apink Eunji shared her workout routine with Pink Pandas.

In October 2021, it was revealed that Eunji does simple yoga exercises and weightlifting when she's not working. She also goes to the gym regularly and has a personal trainer that helps her achieve her body goals.

The K-pop idol regularly shares photos and videos of her workouts on social media. And she combines all her routines with her strict diet. 

Eunji reportedly eats healthy and clean foods. She doesn't also restrict herself as long as she knows that she's eating what's good for her body.

If there are times wherein, she would eat a lot, Eunji makes it a point to head to the gym afterward so that she could burn all the calories.

Apink To Release 'Horn'

Apink further teased their comeback album, "Horn."

"Horn" will be released on Valentine's Day, and it will feature 11 songs. One track is called "Dilemma." The new album is extra-special for Apink members. After all, it will serve as the group's 10th debut anniversary project. 

On January 21, Apink dropped six teaser images ahead of the release.

In December 2021, IST Entertainment announced Apink's comeback album. They also said that Son Naeun will be featured in "Horn." However, since she now also works as an actress, she will not be included in the K-pop group's promotional tours.

In April 2020, Apink dropped their ninth mini-album, "LOOK" with the title track, "Dumhdurum."

At the time, the Apink members were asked how it feels to make a comeback after over a year of not releasing new songs for Pink Pandas.

Chorong said that she's so happy because she knows their fans have been waiting for them to make new music after such a long time. At the time, she promised Pink Pandas that Apink would give them the best performances as a reward for waiting for them patiently.

Hayoung said they worked harder for "LOOK" because they wanted to show Pink Pandas a better picture, which is fresh and exciting. The K-pop group was also asked what Apink means for each of the members.

Hayoung added that Apink is all about real sisters, while Namjoo said it's all about her journal. Naeun thinks that Apink is about family, and Eunji said that it's about roots.

Bomi added that Apink means youth of her life, and Chorong said that it's everything.
