BTS Jimin Ranks No. 1 Male Idol with Powerful Vocals

On February 20, the results for the DC Inside Week 3 of February survey were released, which ran from February 13 to February 19.

In one of the surveys under the theme, "Who owns the powerful vocals full of energy in music?", BTS Jimin topped the list.

In particular, in collaboration with MyCelebs, Exciting DC South Korea's largest internet forum organized the survey to determine the most powerful K-pop vocalists among male idols.

In the rankings, global group member BTS Jimin topped the list with 35,155 votes (51.93%).

According to MyCelebs data, the "Boy With Luv" singer's attractive keywords were "unprecedented," "unrivaled," "magical," "cool" "manly" "irreplaceable" and more.

Although Jimin is the main dancer of BTS, his vocals also often get praised not only by K-pop fans but also professionals.

The lead vocalist's voice is one of the most unique among idols, lauded for his falsetto and head tone similar to the female's vocal range. His voice is also versatile, with both manly and feminine attributes, making BTS and his solo songs even more majestic to hear.

Following BTS Jimin, EXO D.O. ranked second with 31,805 votes (46.98%).

One of K-pop's "Vocal Powerhouse" idols, D.O.'s vocal prowess is his attractive and warm, velvety tone.

The "Rose" singer also has stable and controlled vocals, which will make you feel like he's serenading you.

His voice is not as complete and high as Baekhyun and Chen's, but due to his vocal agility, he has no problem switching from singing from his low register to singing falsetto.

Ha Sung Woon followed as third. He is best known as a member of Wanna One and HOTSHOT. Known for his nickname, "Cloud," the male singer indeed has heavenly vocals.

His style when singing is truly alluring, particularly his bluesy and jazzy type of voice. He has this powerful vocal to move the hearts of listeners yet at the same time, it is comforting and sweet.
