As mentioned above, NMIXX Sullyoon managed to pass the audition for SM, JYP, and YG. However, she chose to sign with JYP Entertainment in the end despite training at SM Entertainment first.

But, aside from those, another reason why NMIXX Sullyoon signed with JYP Entertainment is allegedly connected to the label's nine-member girl group, TWICE.

In addition to sharing the pre-debut photos of the singer, the same netizen also noted in their post that Sullyoon moved to JYP because she's a fan of TWICE.
While this is only a theory, the idol herself previously revealed that she is a ONCE. She talked about this during NMIXX's debut showcase on March 1.

At the time, NMIXX member Sullyoon said, "I have been a fan of TWICE for a long time. Seeing them shining, I really hoped to be just like them."
She added that she has seen the "SCIENTIST" singers in person and witnessed how "professional and great" they are.
"It was really inspiring for me" she revealed.
The "O.O" singer went on to say, "I hope NMIXX could be a dream for someone, as TWICE was mine."
