GHOST9 Comeback 2022 – Here’s What to Expect on Their Upcoming Return

For their forthcoming return to the music scene, the septet will drop a new mini-album, titled "ARCADE: V." This will mark a new chapter for the boys.

Previously, GHOST9 released their fifth mini-album, "Now: Who We Are Facing," in November of last year. This album ended the group's "Now" series. It started last March 2021 with "Now: Where We Are, Here."

GHOST9 Comeback 2022 – Here’s What to Expect on Their Upcoming Return

According to their comeback schedule, the boys will begin dropping teasers for "ARCADE: V" on March 22 with the album's tracklist. A series of concept photos will be revealed next, from March 23 to 30.

Two music video teasers, a highlight medley, and more concept photos will come out in early April. It will lead to the official album release on April 7.

Three GHOST9 Members Test Positive for COVID-19

In other news, three of the seven GHOST9 members have been diagnosed with COVID-19 ahead of their comeback.

GHOST9 Lee Kang Sung Tests Positive for COVID-19

On March 17, Lee Kang Sung was the first member to have tested positive for COVID-19. Maroo Entertainment explained that the idol was experiencing cold symptoms on the evening of March 16. He used a self-testing kit and received positive results.

They added that GHOST9 Kang Sung has already completed two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and has only mild cold symptoms. Because of this, the company temporarily halted his activities and is recovering away from the members.

GHOST9 Son Jun Hyung Tests Positive for COVID-19

On March 18, Maroo Entertainment announced that a second member of the group got positive results for coronavirus. The label said that Son Jun Hyung started to show cold symptoms in the evening of the 17th after initially testing negative. He then visited the hospital on the morning of the 18th and was ultimately diagnosed with COVID-19.

The agency also said that GHOST9 Jun Hyung has received three doses of the vaccine, and reconfirmed that Lee Kang Sung has also completed three doses.

GHOST9 Lee Jin Woo Tests Positive for COVID-19

On March 19, Lee Jin Woo was revealed as the third member to test positive for COVID-19. Unlike the first two members, he showed signs of coughing on the morning of the 19th. He was immediately brought to the hospital and was confirmed to have contracted the virus.

Jin Woo has also received three doses of the vaccine and has no other symptoms besides cough.

Maroo Entertainment said that the other GHOST9 members continue to test negative with self-testing kits.

"We will continue monitoring their condition closely and testing them regularly," they concluded.
