On March 30, both Solar and Moonbyul appeared as guests on Mnet's "TMI SHOW."

One of the interesting parts of the latest broadcast is the point where the two MAMAMOO members mentioned BTS and one member of the group. Moonbyul even shared a story about that particular BTS member.

During the broadcast, the female idols answered various questions sent in by fans to the "TMI SHOW." One of them was, "If you could become any other K-pop artist for one day, who would you choose?"
MAMAMOO Solar candidly answered that it is none other than BTS, who has become one of the top boy bands in this 21st century.

"TMI SHOW" hosts Boom and Lee Mijoo (former member of Lovelyz) laughed and agreed, "Me too, me too." Boom added that he wants to become RM.
When they were asked which BTS member they would pick, both Moonbyul and Solar chose J-Hope without thinking twice.

MAMAMOO Moonbyul explained that BTS J-Hope is charming, his positive energy stands out, and he is always kind.
She shared, "I met him when our schedules aligned. He gave off the brightest energy and was really nice."
One of the times MAMAMOO had an interaction with BTS was back in 2016 when Moonbyul became the special MC on SBS' "Inkigayo" with her bandmate Wheein, as well as J-Hope and V.

On March 29, the Korean media outlet OSEN reported that Moonbyul is preparing for a comeback in April with a new solo album.
MAMAMOO's agency, RBW, responded to the report, "Moonbyul is working on a new album, with the goal of releasing it in April." The label added that they will provide a specific schedule as soon as it has been finalized.

MAMAMOO Moonbyul to Make a Solo Comeback in April 2022
The new album will be MAMAMOO Moonbyul's second solo release this year. Last January, she dropped her second EP "6equence," which marked her first solo comeback in almost two years since February 2020.
With "6equence," Moonbyul initially set the records for the highest first-day and first-week sales for a female solo artist until they were broken by Girls' Generation Taeyeon's "INVU."
