Dreamcatcher Garners Praise for Live Vocals During Encore Stage
On April 20, 2022, Dreamcatcher beat out BIGBANG, DKZ, IVE, and SHINee's Onew for first place on "Show Champion" with "MAISON." This is Dreamcatcher's first-ever music show win after 1,924 days of debut. As this is their first win in five years, the girls were understandably emotional while accepting the trophy.

Dreamcatcher debuted in 2017 under HappyFace Entertainment, now known as Dreamcatcher Company. Though the group has garnered popularity for their rock-horror concept, they never seemed to achieve mainstream success in South Korea. However, footage of their encore stage is now trending in South Korea, proving their ability to sing live.
During the encore stage, the members were seen crying and wondering aloud how they would be singing live due to how emotional they were. However, when it got to each member's turn to sing, they were able to pull off their parts well. Some even joked that it was as if Dreamcatcher "swallowed their discs for breakfast" that morning!

Others noticed some differences from the encore stage compared to the studio version, but that is to be expected since they were singing live and crying. Nevertheless, people applauded the girls for their hard work and their ability to prove their talents.

On April 19, Hanteo Chart announced that Dreamcatcher broke their personal highest first-week sales record with "Apocalypse : Save Us." According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold 85,123 copies in the first week of its release.

On April 12, Dreamcatcher became the fifth girl group in iTunes history to hit number one on the U.S. iTunes Top Albums Chart. The K-pop album also hit number one in Brunei, Brazil, Australia, Canada, France, Peru, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, Vietnam, Ecuador, Romania, Moldova, Latvia, and Bahrain.
On April 12, Dreamcatcher released the album "Apocalypse : Save Us" and its lead single, "MAISON."
