In the first half of 2020, former Stray Kids Woojin held solo fan meetings and was busy working on his merchandise.

In September 2020, Woojin gained lots of attention because of a shocking accusation made against him. An anonymous international Twitter user accused Kim of sexually harassing her and her friend at a bar they visited on April 29 in the same year.

Along with her story, the accuser shared a photo taken at a table in a bar as evidence. She alleged that the gray shirt seen in the picture is the same shirt Kim Woojin was wearing in an image he shared on April 29, 2020, the same day the idol had harassed her.
In the same month, Kim Woojin denied the allegation by posting a now-deleted message on Twitter.

In February 2021, Woojin's agency, 10x Entertainment, announced that they will take legal action against those spreading rumors about the idol.
The former Stray Kids member joined 10x Entertainment in August 2020, the same year it was founded.
