During the group's encore during their "MANIAC" concert in Seoul, Felix was spotted picking up each fan letter and reading out. As he read, the male idol was unable to contain his emotions. He immediately started sobbing and shaking. The audience who watched the concert stated the idol cried for over an hour on stage.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, many idol activities had to be postponed. Several K-pop acts held online concerts without a live audience.
