When a group has more members, it doesn't come off as a surprise that some end up receiving barely any lines in their songs. However, even those with less members can become a victim when it comes to line distributions. While some idols end up having only a line or two in their songs, there are times when they literally don't have any lines at all!

With that, here are 7 K-pop idols who had no lines in their group's songs.

1. EXO Sehun - 'What If'

While EXO's 2015 track "What If" from their second studio album "EXODUS" only featured six of the group's members, Sehun surprisingly did not receive any lines at all in the song. Although the other members, such as Chanyeol, only had a few lines as well, the song was dominated by Baekhyun and D.O in the line distribution.

2. Red Velvet Joy - 'Would U'

When Red Velvet released the single "Would U" for SM Station, Joy wasn't given any lines, while members Seulgi and Wendy led in the line distribution. It is said that Joy was unable to record her parts for the song due to her busy schedule, in which she was filming the tvN drama "The Liar and His Lover" at the time.

3. 2PM Jun.K - '10 Out of 10'

Despite being the main vocalist of the group, Jun.K did not have any lines for 2PM's debut track "10 Out of 10." However, he did sing a few background ad-libs at the end of the song. But overall, he had no actual lines that showcased his vocal talents. In fact, it seemed liked JYP Entertainment's founder, J.Y. Park, had more lines than the 2PM vocalist for the song.

4. MAMAMOO Moonbyul - 'Sting'

In 2015, MAMAMOO released their mini album "Pink Funky," which featured the B-side track "Sting," also known as "A Little Bit." For this song, Moonbyul had zero lines. However, it seems that the song was intended for the group's vocal line Wheein, Solar, and Hwasa, which left rapper Moonbyul to sit out of the song.

5. P1Harmony Soul - 'Nemonade' and 'That's It'

P1Harmony Soul had no lines for the group's songs "Nemonade" and "That's It," which are both part of their debut mini album "Disharmony: Stand Out" released in 2020. It is believed that Soul did not partake in singing the tracks due to his still developing Korean skills, as he is Japanese.

6. SEVENTEEN Jun and The8 - 'No F.U.N'

With SEVENTEEN having a total of thirteen members, some members barely get any lines. However, members Jun and The8 had zero lines for the group's track "No F.U.N," which is part of their 2016 repackaged album "Love&Letter." For this song, members Seungkwan and DK dominated the line distribution.
