On the day of the pictorial with Marie Claire (April 12), IVE achieved their first music show trophy for "LOVE DIVE" on "The Show." "LOVE DIVE" is the title track of the girl group's first comeback album of the same name.

When asked about what she feels about winning first place on "The Show," Ahn Yujin confessed, "I didn't enjoy it." She added that she also wasn't able to enjoy IVE's first music show win with their debut song "ELEVEN."

To recall, IVE took their very first music show win on the Dec. 8 episode of "Show Champion." "ELEVEN" was up against TWICE's "SCIENTIST," EXO's Kai's "Peaches," EVERGLOW's "Pirate," and Lee Mujin's "When it snows" (featuring Heize). They ultimately earned the trophy just seven days after their debut - becoming the fastest K-pop girl group to obtain their first music show win.

While winning first place on music shows should be celebrated, IVE Ahn Yujin wasn't able to do this as she was worried about what will happen in the future.
She told Marie Claire, "I was worried about the next one. I thought, 'What will happen in the future?'"
Fortunately, IVE's leader is starting to improve her confidence as she continues to promote "LOVE DIVE" alongside her bandmates.
Ahn Yujin shared, "However, as I prepare for this promotion, my confidence is gradually getting stronger. I can enjoy it as much as I can."

Later in the interview, Marie Claire asked the female idol what aspect of IVE she wants to show the public more through their new album "LOVE DIVE."
She responded, "In the song 'LOVE DIVE,' there are lyrics that say 'If you want, dare to dive in,' which are attractive. I can't say that IVE and I are exactly alike, but while I live as one of the IVE members, I want to make music that delivers a subjective message, and show more of IVE in the future."

That time, "LOVE DIVE" was a candidate for first place together with (G)I-DLE's "TOMBOY" and PSY's "That That" (produced and featuring BTS Suga). In the end, "LOVE DIVE" ranked first, while "TOMBOY" came in second and "That That" was in third place.
This victory marks IVE's eighth music show win for "LOVE DIVE."
