Recently on June 6, BLACKPINK member Jennie took to her official Youtube channel to share with fans her very own self-care routine. In this video, Jennie talked about several things, such as what she does to take care of herself at home, her night routine, her favorite self-care products, her favorite scents, and more.

In the video, Jennie revealed that she was originally planning to film a Youtube video that details her routine at night. However, she tends to forget as she washes up quickly at night and goes to bed early.

She also reveals that before she goes to bed, she likes to play specific music while going through her nightly routine until she falls asleep. In fact, she shares that she is sensitive to her own senses, such as what touches her skin, what she listens to, and what she smells.

She then talks about her sleeping pattern, saying, "My manager calls me if I don't set my alarm, so I always set my alarm," and reveals what sound she uses to wake her up. "It is that very common [sound]... the one that gives you goosebumps. The basic sound. It is that default iPhone alarm. It is the alarm that gives you the scare you to wake up," Jennie said.

Jennie Reveals She Wants to Change a Certain Habit

Jennie then reveals a habit of hers, one which she hopes to change - her screen time before going to bed!

"This is one of the habits that I have been trying to fix these days. I am only human. I love that time of scrolling through my phone after getting in bed. So it is hard quitting that," Jennie said.

As she is trying to break that habit of going through her phone before going to bed, Jennie shares that she purposefully turns off her phone instead and does something else.

"But these days, I try to use that time. So I turn off my phone on purpose and watch a movie I wanted to watch while falling asleep," she said.

Or if she doesn't feel like watching a movie, she would try to do something else, saying, "Or I would turn on music and look up things I wanted to know, or read something I wanted to read. I have been trying to reduce [my] screen time, but watching Youtube before going to bed is the best."

Jennie adds that she likes to watch documentaries, which help her learn things that she doesn't necessarily have to know.
