On June 14, Girls' Generation member Sooyoung sparks a frenzy among SONEs (Girls' Generation's fandom) after flaunting her new hair color! Over on her personal Instagram account, the idol-actress showed off her new hair bleached blonde.
In particular, this new hair color excited fans as Sooyoung is known to always sport more natural hair colors, such as different shades of brown. On the rare ocassion, Sooyoung also went bold with her hair and became iconic for her pink hair color back in 2015. But since then, Sooyoung's hair color remained brown for her acting career.

Sooyoung's new hair color, which is blonde with an orange undertone, marks the first time in her entire 15-year career that she is going for a lighter color aside from pink.
Not only that, but this also signals that Girls' Generation's highly-awaited comeback in August for their 15th debut anniversary is drawing near, as this isn't the first time Sooyoung teased fans with her new hairdo in light of the group's comeback.

In fact, when Sooyoung debuted her pink hair back in 2015, it was also two months before Girls' Generation made their comeback with their fifth studio album "Lion Heart" in August.
Now that Sooyoung has once again flaunted her new hair color, SONEs can't help but feel excited that Girls' Generation is indeed coming back as a whole group with new music after five years.

Meanwhile, ahead of their August comeback, Girls' Generation will be launching their new reality show, "Soshi Tamtam," in early July!
"Soshi Tamtam," will follow the members as they explore the world of today's variety and entertainment, in addition to sharing glimpses of their daily lives, as well as trying out various games.
The show will be produced by PD Jung Seung Il, who produced first generation girl group Fin.K.L's "Camping Club."
