Jessi Denies Pregnancy Rumor – But Her Statement Hints She's Not Against It
On June 29, a clip from the "ZOOM" singer's recent Instagram live broadcast on June 25 became a hot topic. This is after she addressed the question about whether she is pregnant or not.
For context, Jessi has been embroiled in numerous pregnancy rumors in the past months. She was even linked to K-hip-hop artist Jay Park for their previous interactions.
When the clip spread on various platforms, the Korean singer Jessi attracted a lot of attention from K-pop enthusiasts following her best yet unexpected response to pregnancy rumors.

Initially, she showed hilarious expressions as if mocking how absurd the rumor is and said:
"People are saying I'm pregnant with someone's baby..."
However, she shocked viewers when she added:
"Shit. I wish I knew I was. You know what, I told you guys I want a baby."
Although the idol refuted the rumors, Jessi hinted that she was not against the idea!
As a response, internet users and fans left positive comments on Jessi, praising her for her "unfiltered" character.
Some fans also said:
"This is how you address a pregnancy rumor, guys, huhu."
"Jessi confirmed she's not pregnant, but she wishes she was, oh my god."
Moreover, the female entertainer also proved that no matter how haters come at her, they can't beat her for her genuine and unstoppable personality.
Following this topic, Jessi's past insight about her future life resurfaced, when she talked about wanting to have a family.
In an interview, the "NUNU NANA" singer candidly conveyed her desire to have a baby, saying:
"If I have a baby, I want to raise them well."
In fact, she stated that she doesn't want to have only one child, but three!
In regards to why she wants to build a family despite a successful career and wealthy life, Jessi confessed that these things actually don't bring her true happiness.
"[...] It's all useless now, I wasn't happy. All I wanted to have is a family. That's my dream."
Jessi Relationship Status 2022: Is She Currently Dating Someone?
Despite this wish, as of 2022, Jessi is not dating someone or is not in a public relationship.
In the past, she only had one confirmed relationship. Back in 2017, Jessi was in a relationship with rapper Dumbfounded. Although the two were in a long-distance relationship, people around them attested to their closeness and similar love for hip-hop.
Jessi's agency at the time, YMC Entertainment, confirmed the rumors. However, the two reportedly broke up due to personal reasons and decided to focus on their respective careers.
Throughout the years, Jessi remained private about her relationship. However, she would occasionally talk about Jungkook being her celebrity crush.
In 2020, she was also involved in dating allegations with her co-"Sixth Sense" star Lee Sang Yeob for their natural chemistry.
During a broadcast, Jessi and the actor especially drew attention after Lee said he's willing to quit his job to raise his child. Jessi then responded that she also wanted a child.
Later on, Lee Sang Yeob's agency UNGBIN ENS Entertainment denied the rumor and implied that their "flirty" scenes were only for fun.
