On MBC’s “The Manager," which aired on July 9, Karina shared the "secret" behind her unrealistic proportion.

On that day, the "Next Level" singer was dressed in a crop tee and workout leggings along with a PT instructor.

After greeting each other, they started the workout. It was noticeable how despite the heavy exercises, Karina was still smiling and doing the lifting as if its nothing.

Aside from her strength, viewers especially admired her body proportion that matches her CG-like face and long legs. She was also lauded for her tone abs and "apple hips," motivating fans to exercise.

Although the idol performed her workout routines easily, she didn't achieve that kind of strength and body overnight. In fact, Karina started exercising three years ago, before her debut. On top of having physical power, healthy mental condition and concentration were also needed to achieve that "wannabe body" Karina.

In the meantime, the following are the 3 exercises you can try for yourself inspired by Karina's routine:

V Squat

To do this, you will need a V squat machine. If you want to fill the volume of your hip, then this one is perfect for you. To perform a V squat, you have to spread your legs shoulder-width apart, hold the handle, take a squat position, and push it up with the strength behind your thighs and hip muscles.

Since it supports the upper body and shoulders, it can be sent back by folding the hip deeply, and it has the effect of training by relaxing the back of the leg and the hip for a long time.

*KARINA's tip! Let's work out with a smile. The higher the weight, the easier it is to frown while giving strength, and frowning during exercise can lead to unnecessary wrinkles and drooping corners of the mouth. To make your face elastic, smile even if it's hard!

Donkey Kick

You should also try donkey kink to stimulate your middle and upper hips. But, first, you must position your upper body before bending it to 90 degrees and kick your legs up.

 Hip Abduction

Lastly, you can use hip-up equipment to develop middle muscles and make a pretty raised hip.

You must also try side planks for thin waist and abs and a push-up buffer test for full-body exercise. So if you're jealous of Karina's diamond-solid body line, let's all add this move to your diet routine.
