For starters, the Pepero kiss game is where two persons would put one end of a single Pepero into their mouth and leave as tiny of the biscuit as possible while nearly kissing each other. The pair with the smallest remaining stick wins.

One time, Mina and Momo were paired up to play the Pepero game, which was during their "TT" era. As the two drew closer and closer to one another, Sana suddenly pushed them toward each other. The push caused Momo and Mina's upper lips to touch.

In 2017, SEVENTEEN held their first fan meeting called "CARAT LAND." At that time, the members were playing a game where a pair would be blindfolded, and they had to guess an object by only feeling it with their faces.
When it was Hoshi and The8's turn, Mingyu was the one holding the object (which was a Carat Bong) and placed it between the two. When the players were already facing each other, Mingyu raised the Carat Bong, resulting in Hoshi and The8's accidental kiss.

In episode 1 of "iKON TV," the iKON members were playing the paper kiss game.
For those who are unaware, the paper kiss game is where the members try to transfer a piece of paper from the first person to the last.

Everything went smoothly at the beginning of the game, but then an unexpected kiss happened between Jinhwan and DK. DK was about to pass the paper to Jinhwan, but the paper suddenly fell, so the two ended up kissing each other- and they really couldn't get over it even after the game.
BTS J-Hope, Jin

Two BTS members are also among the K-pop idols who accidentally kissed.
In a teaser video of their appearance on Mnet's "M Countdown," the BTS members sat down for an interview, and Jin and J-Hope sat next to each other. At one point, Jin and J-Hope stood up to hug each other, but they both faced the same direction, so their lips almost touched.
While they didn't actually kiss, Jin and J-Hope's reactions surely are priceless.
GOT7 Jay B, Jackson

In one episode of "I GOT7," the GOT7 members were playing a game similar to paper kiss game. The only difference is that instead of paper, the boys would have to transfer a heart-shaped plastic.

In the line, Jackson and Jay B were at the second and third spots. The first few transfers were successful, but at one point, the heart-shaped plastic slightly fell from Jackson's lips as he went toward Jay B. As a result, Jay B and Jackson's upper lips touched.

Finally, the Dreamcatcher members also played the Pepero kiss game in the past, and Sua and Siyeon made the game more memorable with their accidental kiss. As the two moved closer, their lips touched when the Pepero broke into two, making their co-members laugh. Even Sua and Sihyeon couldn't stop laughing.
