Ahn Hyeongseop Represents Yuehua Entertainment in Mnet's "Produce 101" (Season 2)

In 2017, Ahn Hyeongseop was one of the participants in "Produce 101" (Season 2), where he represented Yuehua Entertainment, along with Lee Euiwoong, Justin Hwang, and Zhu Zhengting.

During his appearance on the survival show, he was part of the teams that performed the songs "Oh Little Girl" and "Super Hot."

Hyeongseop successfully made it to the final episode of "Produce 101," however, he only placed 16th. Thus, he was unable to debut in WANNA ONE. As a result, he resumed his training under Yuehua Entertainment.

Ahn Hyeongseop Debuts in a Duo Following Conclusion of Mnet's "Produce 101" (Season 2)

Five months after the survival show ended, Ahn Hyeongseop debuted as half of the duo HyeongseopXEuiwoong, together with his fellow trainee and co-Produce 101 contestant Lee Euiwoong.

The duo officially debuted on November 2, 2021, with the single album "The Moment of Memory," which features the title song "It Will Be Good." They made their first comeback on April 10, 2018, with their first mini-album, "Color of Dream," which contains the title song "Love Tint."

Ahn Hyeongseop also debuted as an actor in the web drama "Rebel Detectives," which also starred former "Produce 101" (Season 2) contestant Yoo Seonho. He appeared in the drama's second season.

However, since "Color of Dream" came out, HyeongseopXEuiwoong has been inactive as a duo. No updates were given about them until August 2021, when Yuehua Entertainment announced that the duo's fan café will officially close. The company didn't reveal the reason behind its closure, but they said that Hyeongseop and Euiwoong would start a new chapter, making fans speculate that they might debut in the label's new boy group.

On December 31, 2021, Yuehua Entertainment announced that the company's new boy group, TEMPEST, would debut in 2022. Then, on January 3, Yuehua revealed the seven members of the upcoming group- and Ahn Hyeongseop is one of them (as well as Lee Euiwoong).

TEMPEST officially debuted on March 2 with their first mini-album, "It's ME, It's WE," which comprises the title song "Bad News."

At present, former "Produce 101" (Season 2) contestant Ahn Hyeongseop is a member of Yuehua's new boy group, TEMPEST. According to this site, he is part of the team's vocal and dance lines.

Where Is Ex ‘Produce 101’ Ahn Hyeongseop Now? Trainee’s Status After Survival Show

TEMPEST was supposed to debut on February 21. However, it was postponed because all seven group members were diagnosed with COVID-19.

Since he debuted as a TEMPEST member, Ahn Hyeongseop has been active in making posts on social media to update the fans. TEMPEST has yet to make their first comeback, so the band is currently inactive in the music scene.
