J-Hope said, "I put everything that I wanted to show into the songs that I produced for my recent solo album. Then, I had to promote these songs in ways that I had planned to. I was worried if I could pull it off well."

He added that due to his personality, he wanted to oversee every detail of his album preparations and promotions. "I have to get every single thing done by myself. That is just the way I am. I make my life difficult. I am a coward, that is why. I am a complete coward," J-Hope laughingly added.

The radio program's host, Park So Hyun, then mentioned about J-Hope losing weight during that process, saying, "I heard that you had lost like 5kg while you were preparing for your solo album. Have you gained back that weight now?"

To this, J-Hope responded by saying he is trying to eat more and he feels he became waker. However, his stomach is having a difficult time taking in the food he consumes.

"Ah, I still weight about the same as that time. I am trying to eat more, but my stomach is finding it hard to take in all of the food. Because I lost so much weight, I could feel that I have become weaker. So, I am definitely trying hard to eat more these days," J-Hope said.

J-Hope even revealed that the first number of his weight went down to "5," and that it took him by surprise when he saw he looked like a skeleton.
