ONEWE - 'Universe'

First on the list is ONEWE's "Universe."

Soft and slow songs are always a breath of fresh air when it comes to K-pop. This soft rock ballad was released four days after New Year. It will make you feel warm and fuzzy as you think about a special someone and how they also think about you.

It's a hopeful song that is why members of ONEWE want it to be listened to by many, hoping it would help them heal and calm down.

YUJU - 'Play'

Another gem, but a sad song, is former GFRIEND YUJU's song "Play." Released on January 2, YUJU's song is a mid-tempo pop track that depicts the conflicting feelings that exist in a relationship when one partner sees it as play and the other as serious.

It will engulf you in a sad mood but will also make you dance to its beat.

Kep1er and VIVIZ - 'Purr'

"Purr" is created because of MNET's "QUEENDOM," where former GFRIEND, now VIVIZ members Umji and SinB, teamed up with Kep1er's Hikaru, Xiaoting, and Dayeon for the dance battle round.

The hip-hop track showed the members' amazing dance skills as they battle it out on the stage with other groups.

KARD - Ring The Alarm'

KARD's comeback "Ring The Alarm" after J.Seph's discharge from the military is a perfect summer dance song with its is moombahton and rhythmic bass tones that evokes the feeling of relishing this brand-new moment.

"Ring The Alarm" will make you dance and sing along to them as they allure you to join them and make the fire bigger.

MAMADOL - 'WooAh HIP'

Another song from a show is on our list.

MAMADOL is a temporary girl group that is composed of former idols from the 2nd and 1st generation of K-pop groups. They are from a tvN variety show "Mama The Idol".

Three notable members are former After School leader Kahi, Jewelry's Jungah, and former Wonder Girl's leader Sunye.

 "WooAh HIP" is composed by RBW's Kim Do Hoon and Seo Yong Bae, it has a trendy house beat coupled with voguing in its choreography. The message of the song is about empowering women, especially moms, so that they too, can relive their glory days.

JAMIE - 'Pity Party'

The former JYP Entertainment solo artist came back with a very addictive song that has a catchy and disco-like beat. It talks about how she created a "Pity Party" for herself, but after it, she will feel good and will rise up again.

KWON EUNBI - 'ESPER'

The Last song on our list is former IZ*ONE KWON EUNBI's second digital single, "ESPER." Released on March 10, it is part of the UNIVERSE Music project. It is an alluring song with a unique dark concept and sound.
