Recently on August 18, WINNER member Seungyoon was swept up in dating rumors with Moon Ji Hyo after a netizen shared photos of the two on their social media account.
The netizen, who goes by the Twitter handle @seungyoonnaekko, shared two photos of what appeared to be a couple as they stroll around the city together while holding each other's hands.

In particular, the couple can be seen sporting matching colors for their outfits. The male was wearing a royal blue jacket, while the female wore a royal blue dress. They accompanied their royal blue sets with black accents, such as their hat, shoes pants, and bags.
The netizen then claimed that the male in the photo was Seungyoon as he went out to go on a date. The netizen's tweet said, "[I am] telling the story of how I went out for a walk and spotted my bias on a date...^^"
Although the netizen did not explicitly say it was Seungyoon, they added several hashtags relating to the idol and WINNER.

Naturally, fans began delving deeper to find out the identity of the mystery woman he is walking hand-in-hand with. Unsurprisingly, the two were strolling around the Hapjeong area in Mapo-gu, Seoul, which is the neighborhood where the building of YG Entertainment is located.
Fans later identified the woman as Moon Ji Hyo, an actress under YG Entertainment.
Who is Moon Ji Hyo and How Did They Meet?
Moon Ji Hyo was born on March 2, 2000, making her 22 years old in international age and six years younger than Seungyoon.

She is currently signed under YG Entertainment as an actress, but initially gained public recognition when she appeared on the Mnet competition program High School Rapper back in 2017, where she became a hot topic for her striking appearance and youthful charm.
Following her appearance on High School Rapper, Moon Ji Hyo went on to pursue a career in acting. So far, she has appeared in the music video of Young Kay's song "Time Lapse," and the 2021 cinerama Time of Remembrance.

According to reports, Seungyoon had met Moon Ji Hyo when she starred in Seungyoon's music video for his fourth digital single "Born To Love You," which was released just recently on March 14, 2022.
Although it hasn't been confirmed when they began dating, many suspect that they began dating after meeting on set, or that they were already dating not long before filming the music video.
As for whether or not the two are actually dating, YG Entertainment only said, "It is difficult to confirm the private matters related to our artists."
