1. BIGBANG G-Dragon - Owner of the highest-priced apartment in South Korea

In the chart, GD topped the list after setting the all-time high record in South Korea with his newly purchased Nine One Hannam penthouse in Yongsan-gu, Seoul for 16.4 billion won (13 million USD).
This is the highest-priced apartment ever as of June 2022, and the "CROOKED" singer also reportedly purchased the whopping price in cash without a loan.
G-Dragon's apartment interior is also the best having a mirror that costs 12 million won (8, 611 USD) and a shelf that costs 71 million won (51,000 USD).
2. BTS V - 'Record Breaker'
Following G-Dragon, BTS V ranked second place for his various feats, earning him the moniker, "Record Breaker."
First of all, V topped the YouTube fancam view count. The view count alone is 140 million. Second, he won the title of "No. 1 Handsome Man" in many countries around the world. Third, he took the record of being the most searched K-pop idol for five consecutive years from 2016 to 2021.
But among his best records, the most remarkable is BTS V gaining the most Instagram followers among K-pop idols with more than 50 million followers.
The "Butter" singer particularly achieved 1 million followers in 43 minutes and 10 million followers in 4 hours and 47 minutes. V's value per post was estimated at 1 billion won (717, 514 USD).
