IVE Enjoys Recreational Activities in 'IVE x 1N2D'
On September 19, IVE's official YouTube channel uploaded a video of "IVE x 1N2D," a spin-off of the popular South Korean entertainment program, "2 Days and 1 Night."
In the clip, the six-member girl group embarked on a trip to Chuncheon to experience recreational activities such as canoeing and riding a cable car on Samaksan Lake.
During a 3:3 game of lucky draw, IVE was then divided into two groups, following the concept of college freshmen.

Team "Romantic" includes Jang Wonyoung, Gaeul and Leeseo, who would experience the canoe, while Team "Youth" includes An Yujin, Rei and Liz, who were to ride the cable car.
However, Team "Romantic" expressed envy to members who would be riding the latter, and Jang Wonyoung expressed her worry, checking on the production team it the canoe would be in the water.
Just then, Liz said she wanted to try canoeing, and without much hesitation, Jang Wonyoung handed her a canoe with romance written on it, saying, "Then change it with me."
After exchanging words with the members and the PD team, the two members ended up switching teams.
But An Yujin decided to shuffle the teams' members again for fun since the members who played the same team in the previous game played the new game as it was.
In the end, Yujin, Rei and Leeseo ended up in Team "Romantic" whereas the remaining members including Jang Wonyoung chose Team "Youth," along with Liz and Gaeul.
IVE Jang Wonyoung's Action Sparks Debate: Why Is She Being Criticized?
Since then, an article titled "Jang Wonyoung is sly" has been posted on the online community, sparking criticisms against the female idol's behavior once again.
They commented on Jang Wonyoung's action, saying:
"At first, she hinted that she didn't like canoeing, but when Liz said she wanted to canoe, she snatched it and changed it with her choice."
Then the staff mixed the canoe again and looked at the barrel. After that, she quickly picked a paddle with the "youth" which she had seen in advance and rode the cable car as she wanted."
OP particularly criticized Jang Wonyoung's attitude for compromising the members and changing the team until they ended up in her favor.
As the post circulated on social media, some agreed and commented:
- "She's not being smart for taking opportunity. She's just taking care of her own interests."
- "If she continues to act as she pleases in that way, it will only be difficult for those people around her."

- "Jang Wonyoung may not want to canoe."
- "Why are you so strict with Jang Won Young? The other members don't seem to be thinking much about it."
