For the ARMYs, every 13th of October signifies #HappyJiminDay! Tomorrow, the vocalist and dancer of BTS and ARMY's Mochi will celebrate his 27th birthday, and ARMYs have prepared several fan projects to celebrate this special day.

 The fan projects span charity events, installations, billboards, and advertisements that garnered the crowd's attention, resulting in a boosted local economy. These birthday fan projects prove why Jimin is one of the most loved K-pop idols in the industry, not just on the South Korean scale but on an international scope.

Birthday Efforts to Commemorate #HappyJiminDay

For the ARMYs, assembling birthday efforts for Jimin is a way to give back to the member who reminds them to love and care for themselves. Thus, to spread the love that BTS has been campaigning for, several fan clubs organized charity events and fundraising activities for the benefit of supporting human trafficking and sexual exploitation victims in Romania, funding Girl Child Education in India, and food rescue drive and rural development support in South Africa.

As ARMYs refer to October as "Jimtober," Korean ARMYs have coordinated a three-day festival focusing on installations that underscore Jimin's room from BE. ARMYs from Peru embodied Jimin's creativity and artistry through a presentation at Lima's The Fantasy Fountain.

To honor Jimin's hometown, some ARMYs prepared a giant Jimin doll near Busan Port in Yeongdo. The doll will be erected from October 9 to 15, 2022. Of course, a K-pop idol's birthday celebration will not be complete without LED screen greetings. In the front row, billboards in New York flaunted who owns October, while buses in Busan had Jimin stickers.

Simultaneous advertisements are also flashed in airports and malls worldwide to unite for Mochi's day.

#HappyJiminDay2022: Humanitarian & Economical

 Fans have spearheaded "JIMINLAND," an event at Seongsu Yeonbang with activities that helped boost the local economy, benefiting businesses around the complex. Due to the economic benefit of the event, it was extended for four days. According to fans who went to "JIMINLAND," they did not endure the long lines and the weather because they wanted to participate in the different booths and activities whole-heartedly.

 Alongside, the long queues have captured the attention of non-ARMYs as well. Replicating the "JIMINLAND" in Seongsu Yeonbang, another "JIMINLAND" is seen in Yeongdo, which features Jimin displays, a giant little Jimin doll, and a flower wall that entices visitors in spite of their age, gender, and nationality.

 Another evidence of how impactful Jimin is in the local economy is that his visit to Jeju Island became a way for tourists to visit the island, resulting in a significant increase in Jeju Island's brand ranking.

 Also, fans are curious to have what Jimin has since whenever the BTS vocalist and dancer wears specific clothing or jewelry, fans would immediately open their wallets to avail themselves of such. Therefore, resulting in out-of-stock products. Jimin's music and cuisine choice is also influencing factor that drives social media interests and trends.

 With these circumstances, it demonstrates how colorful October is for the ARMYs and how valuable a Park Jimin is to every ARMY.
