Although rookie girl group IVE just made their debut back in December 2021, they are already dominating the entertainment industry as one of the top girl groups from the fourth generation. With their ever-growing popularity all around the world, each of the members are attracting lots of attention.
In particular, member Jang Wonyoung, who is a former member of the Mnet Produce 48 project girl group IZ*ONE, has been enjoying immense popularity domestically and internationally since her debut. Due to this, she has become an in-demand idol and is in the top rankings these past years.

Her brown pixie cut era happened back during her promotions with IZ*ONE, when the idol decided to surprise fans with a more tomboy look during the group's promotions for their Japanese single "Toshishita Boyfriend" released in June 2019.
But interestingly, while it is common for idols to make drastic hair transformations every time they make a comeback, Jang Wonyoung's pixie cut was only a wig to fit the concept of their song.
