However, despite technological advancement in video editing, some K-pop music videos have left fans in awe with how they refused green screens!

Here are K-pop music videos that didn't use computer graphics to give a realistic scenery:

1. 'God's Menu' by Stray Kids

For Stray Kids' first studio album, "GO Live," the JYP Entertainment stalwarts featured "God's Menu" as their title track. The track was conceived with 3RACHA's hopes to integrate various instruments with modern and intense hip-hop sounds.

In the music video, STAYs are amazed by how JYP Entertainment poured budget on the production of "God's Menu" as they used raw rough eyes and extraordinary graffiti effects that brought a breathtaking visual expression.

When the behind-the-scenes for the music video was released, STAYs lauded Hyunjin's courage to shoot while speedsters vehicles surrounded him.

2. 'On the Ground' by Rosé

When the official YouTube channel of BLACKPINK shared the behind-the-scenes for this music video, BLACKPINK's main vocalist shared that her experience in shooting this music video was an encounter to remember.

The Korean-Australian singer mentioned that the scene where she ran through fireworks was "one of the most frightening but exhilarating experiences" of her life.

That is why, when she saw the results of her hard work, the 'On the Ground' singer was beyond grateful, especially to the BLINKs, who became her support system.

3. 'Fake Love' by BTS

For the music video of "Fake Love," BTS unleashed an action-packed plot. BTS main dancer and vocalist Jimin shared that the music video depicted "trauma." Hence, when the boys were immersed in the shooting site that featured no green screen, the group's maknae, Jungkook, expressed that despite feeling nervous due to the action scenes, he was satisfied with the results.

From the water pouring and flaming fire, the fans commended how BTS creatively portrayed 'trauma' in the music video. BTS leader RM also praised the music video as it turned out well.

4. 'Still Life' by BIGBANG

Despite having no official behind-the-scenes video, some staff from YG Entertainment revealed some of the behind-the-scenes photos during the shooting of BIGBANG's "Still Life." The V.I.P.s looked forward to this track as this marked the group's return after four years of hiatus.

Solidifying their position as a legendary K-pop boy group, all the backdrops and props used in the set embodied intricacy and delicateness as they were built without the computer-generated images' help.

In this music video, BLINKs witnessed the epic and blazing facet of the quartet girl group.
