SEVENTEEN Dino Confesses Cringing Over His Group — Here's Why Maknae Feels So

One of the supergroups in the K-pop industry, SEVENTEEN, cemented an image of a "self-producing" idol group and is dubbed "Performance Kings" by different media outlets because of their spectacular stage presence and synchronization.

With these powerful impressions, there is something that makes SEVENTEEN's maknae and main dancer, Dino, cringe over his group - to the point of steering away from watching group performance videos during his debut era.

What is Dino's reason for cringing over his group? Stay tuned to this article to know more!

SEVENTEEN Dino Cringes Over His Group For THIS

In the special video of 'Chapter7:teen,' Dino fearlessly confronted his co-members that he could not stand watching their group's performances in the past.

Glimpsing to the days when SEVENTEEN was still building its image, it was difficult for Dino to hold the viewers' eye in their performance. According to the group's maknae, his members were naïve stage performers back then, as manifested by the "too many facial expressions" that they flashed whenever hitting the stage.

SEVENTEEN's main dancer is guilty of this as well. He said, "Honestly, I cannot watch the videos of myself when we debuted."

Instead of criticizing the youngest member, Dino's hyung understood his comments. Rapper Wonwoo and vocalist Joshua mentioned that "having too many facial expressions" became a gateway for the 'HOT' singers to be better idols.

Joshua emphasized that this particular phase in their road to stardom helped them identify the "right facial expressions" to project when performing. Wonwoo agreed with Joshua's comment as he said, "Now, we learned to control it."

Indeed, the experience became SEVENTEEN's best teacher, molding them into whoever they are today. Whatever SEVENTEEN shows on stage is a product of years-long of practice and dedication just to give their fans world-class stages.

With roughly seven years in the industry, SEVENTEEN and Dino's commitment to filter and control their facial expressions paid off and CARATs could not help but agree to the 'HOT' singers' improvements.
