BTS V's Privacy Almost Got Violated After HYBE Staff Tried Doing THIS

BTS V safely returned to South Korea after his travel to Paris, leaving fans puzzled about what schedule he had in the country.

Earlier this month, the BTS member surprised everyone when he arrived at the Incheon International Airport and was spotted in Paris hours later. HYBE did not release details about his trip nor mention where he was going at that time.

The lack of details protected the K-pop idol, though. But a recent post revealed that his security and privacy got almost violated by a HYBE staff.

BTS V's Information Almost Sold by Staff?

On Twitter, the French K-pop news outlet KPop in Paris shared a screenshot of a conversation showing a staff member from V's entourage offering to obtain the idol's schedule for a price.

The news outlet said it waited for V to leave Paris before revealing the scheme, saying that the staff member - who was with him at the time of his travel - asked for $350 in exchange for confidential information about his whereabouts.

ARMYs immediately expressed their rage toward HYBE and urged the company to fix the issue to ensure BTS members and its other artists' security.

Among the comments include:

"so someone who was part of taehyung's schedule in paris tried to sell his schedule for $350.. this is sick bighit need to do something about this cause this is getting out of hand."

"OP mentioning how staff in Paris tried selling Taehyung's schedule. @HYBEOFFICIALtwt Taehyung is your artist and it is imperative that you protect at all cost! This is unacceptable."

"Please do this to demand protection of Taehyung and prosecution of these malicious acts that compromised his safety! This precious BTS member through no fault of his own has received it's several times this year. Selling his schedule information literally puts his life at risk!"

ARMYs continuously slammed the company as V's safety could have been at great risk if the information had been sold to other people.

HYBE is yet to respond to the recent controversy, but the company has already been called out recently due to a similar incident.

BTS V Did Not Have Enough Security At Paris Airport

In now-viral photos and videos, V can be seen walking around the area with his manager and a female staff member. Unfortunately, the manager could not handle the crowd that drew closer to him at the airport.

While the manager tried to protect him, the female staff member led them through the building until V reached the vehicle.

The worrying event led fans to remind everyone of the protocols they need to follow to ensure BTS members' safety. For instance, Purple Ribbon Project promotes the ARMY Airport Etiquette Campaign so fans can provide safety to the idols while at the airport.
