1. SNSD Taeyeon

She curls up into a ball when she sleeps. She once uploaded a photo of herself in this position because she was fascinated by the way she sleeps. Tiffany was the one who took a picture of this. This usually happens when she's sleeping while sitting, but it's uncertain whether she does this when she's on bed as well.

Another sleeping habit of Taeyeon is introducing herself. When SNSD appeared on SBS's "Intimate Note 2," YoonA revealed that Taeyeon says, "Hello, I'm Girls' Generation Taeyeon! You're very cool!"

2. BTS V

BTS has exposed V's sleeping habits several times. One of the well-known facts is that V kicks and screams in his sleep. He also has a habit of sleep talking and sleepwalking occasionally, as per his members. Moreover, RM revealed that V sleeps with his eyes wide open.

3. Sechskies Jiwon

Sechskies Jiwon's case is probably one of the weirdest sleeping habits among K-pop idols. While sleeping, he suddenly sits up and continues to sleep. He does this because when Sechskies was active back then, he often slept in the car. It has since become his habit to sit while sleeping even if he's on bed.

4. ASTRO Cha Eunwoo

In an interview with TopStarNews, ASTRO dished on the sleeping habits of the members including Cha Eunwoo. The group's leader, JinJin, revealed that Eunwoo talks to himself a lot as he sleeps. He added that he memorizes words and there was one time when he said English words like "Hello" and "Thank you." Eunwoo also has a habit of laughing in his sleep.

5. TWICE Nayeon

TWICE Nayeon has several sleeping habits, according to her members. Mina once shared that Nayeon has the habit of hiding herself under a blanket. On a different occasion, Mina revealed that Nayeon always sings and laughs in her sleep. The members also revealed that Nayeon had sung BTS's "Fire" in her sleep before.

6. Former GFRIEND Yuju

Former GFRIEND member Yuju is also a K-pop idol with weird sleeping habits- she claps and talks in her sleep. Sowon also revealed during their appearance on SBS Power FM's "2 o'Clock Escape Cultwo Show" that Yuju once even seemed to be practicing choreography in her sleep because she suddenly yelled out, "Put energy all the way to your fingertips!"

7. Block B B-Bomb

Block B B-Bomb is also a K-pop idol with a weird sleeping habit. While many of us move around a lot in our sleep, Block B B-Bomb doesn't. He has a habit of sleeping in one position until he wakes up.

8. OnlyOneOf Yoojung

Finally, OnlyOneOf Rie once exposed Yoojung's sleeping habits, saying that Yoojung sleeps with his arms raised. He also talks in his sleep and keeps his dog plushie beside him whenever he goes to sleep.
