32nd Seoul Music Awards Nominees Revealed (2023) + How to Vote

The 32nd Seoul Music Awards (2023) has revealed its list of nominees in different categories. It also released information on how to vote and the judging criteria.

On Dec. 5, Seoul Music Awards announced on its official website that its 32nd awards ceremony will be held on Jan. 19, 2023 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea. It will be broadcast live via U+Idol Live.

In order to be eligible, the songs and albums must have been released from January to December 2022. The data will be provided by the Hanteo Chart.

The criteria for the final winners are as follows:

  • Main Award / Rookie Award - 40% judge panel evaluation + 30% album/song sales volume + 30% worldwide votes
  • Popularity Award / Hallyu Special Award - 100% votes
  • Other awards - 40% judge panel evaluation + 30% album/song sales volume + 30% worldwide votes

32nd Seoul Music Awards (2023): How to Vote?

Two rounds of voting will take place ahead of the 32nd Seoul Music Awards (2023). The first voting will run from Dec. 6 at noon KST to Dec. 25 at 11:59 p.m. KST, then, the second round will be from Dec. 27 at noon KST to Jan. 15 at 11:59 p.m. KST.

The final voting results are the combinations of the votes gathered during the first and second rounds of voting.

For those who want to know how to vote for the 32nd Seoul Music Awards (2023), the first thing to do is to download the Fancast app from Google Play or Apple Store. Then, sign in using any of your social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Google), or for iOS users, using their Apple accounts.

You can vote up to 10 times per day for each category, and the number of times you can vote will be available every day at midnight. The voting results will be updated every minute.

Free Hearts can be obtained every day per device, and these Hearts will expire if not used on the same day. Those hearts will give you the power to vote for your favorite artists.

If fraudulent votes are detected, the corresponding votes will be deleted from the tally.
