It has been six days after Jinni announced her departure from NMIXX, but K-pop fans are still not convinced that the idol left on her own accord.

JYP Entertainment Deletes Jinni's Photos From NMIXX Instagram
Although JYP Entertainment stated that Jinni decided to leave NMIXX and the company due to "personal circumstances," various concerns and speculations about the real reason the "O.O" singer quit are making rounds on SNS.

According to rumors, JYP Entertainment kicked out Jinni and is covering the truth about her departure.
The first reason was realized on Dec. 14, when NSWERs (NMIXX fandom) were furious at the attempt to erase Jinni's traces from the group after JYP Entertainment deleted her photos on NMIXX's official Instagram.
NMIXX's own content was also canceled, and fans expected that Jinni's parts would be edited out.
In response, people asked:
"Why are you erasing the traces so quickly?"
This incident was also compared to Woojin, who left Stray Kids without a clear reason. Later on, his photos and profile were also removed from the group's SNS.
JYP Entertainment Criticized For 'Irresponsible' Reasoning For Jinni's Departure
Further, fans are criticizing JYPE for not revealing more details about Jinni's contract termination and parting ways with NMIXX. Some claim it was "irresponsible" to state "personal circumstances" as her reason to quit, and that it instead ignited speculations and criticisms.
"There will be a privacy issue for JYP, which does not withdraw members who are controversial about drunk driving and school violence."
People are suspicious that JYP Entertainment is covering something they did; thus, their statement was only limited to saying it was due to "personal reasons."
As an aftermath, Jinni suffered from romantic relationship rumor even after leaving NMIXX.
Jinni's Withdrawal Was Too Sudden
Moreover, the idol didn't show any hints that she wanted to leave the group.
Often, idols express their intention to leave by saying goodbye through handwritten messages to fans.
But Jinni's withdrawal was announced after having a schedule with NMIXX or sending a peaceful daily message. The next thing that happened was the announcement of her departure, giving her zero chance to say farewell.
Jinni, who debuted in February this year as NMIXX after seven years of training, said prior to her departure:
"I want to make more memories and happy times with more NSWERs. There were so many happy memories and moments during this activity. This is why I became an idol. Happiness is not far away."
With this, she expressed her strong desire to do idol activities, but she didn't even last a year when she left, which didn't make sense.
