BTS RM Reveals Jin's Farewell Message Before Military Enlistment — What Did The Idol Say?

BTS RM Reveals Jin's Goodbye Message
On December 18, BTS leader RM imparted more details on KBS News 9 regarding Jin's enlistment departure. RM shared what Jin said before going to the military.

The news anchor, Lee Jae Seok, was in charge of interview, where he asked RM about the details. Given how much popularity BTS has gained, it's not surprising Jin's enlistment would be a hot topic among the community.
In the interview, Lee Jae Seok asked RM about Jin's entrance ceremony. He specified if Jin had left a meaningful message for the members. It's also implied that this would be normal for Jin to give, since he's the oldest hyung in BTS.
"I also noticed that all seven members attended Jin's farewell ceremony at the training facility. You guys took some amusing photos and other things. At that point, did Jin say anything before leaving?"

BTS RM then stated Jin didn't say much since he's going to get busy. He added when they arrived at the training center, Jin said he will do his best to get through.
On a further note, Jin stated he will tell the members his experiences.
"He spoke very little of it, since I'm sure he had a lot on his mind, though. Jin hyung probably gave it some thought. When we arrived at the training center, he promised to give it his all. He stated, like the eldest, that he would go through everything first and report back to us on how his experience went."

BTS RM Voices Out Reflection & Words To Jin As Leader
Lee Jae Seok in turn asked what the BTS leader had replied to Jin's message. RM advised Jin to take care of himself in the camp, and return in good shape.
Furthermore, RM said he encouraged Jin to do well in his service, while maintaining a strong resolve.
"I advised him to look after himself and to return in good health. I also wished for him to finish his service responsibly and diligently, as I know he will. Since he's always strong, I urged him to demonstrate his strength on his training."
Additionally, RM shared with Lee Jae Seok his thoughts on Jin enlisting. He expressed how BTS is finally moving on another chapter as a group, while making their marks individually. The BTS leader stated he is confident Jin will serve well, and praised his calm personality.
"We've experienced a lot, as a group and as individuals. I would say it appears as though we are finally starting a new chapter. We waited for his enlistment, as it was inevitable. The entire event seemed like a new chapter for us as BTS."
"Even though I'm struggling with a lot of mixed emotions, I know that Jin hyung, the first to enlist, is now performing well at the training facility. I'll then wait it out with a composed and collected attitude, just like Jin hyung's."
