BTS RM's Privacy Got Violated After Visiting Temple, Instagram Posts Revealed

BTS RM has recently visited the Hwaeomsa Temple in Mount Jirisan. He also shared photos on his social media, letting ARMYs know of his whereabouts.

However, shortly after his visit, a number of articles were posted online that included quotes from the temple's chief monk, who had spoken with RM briefly. The monk revealed that RM has discussed his military enlistment and other personal matters, according to the Korean media.

Furthermore, sources also mentioned that BTS RM has been giving out yearly donation of 500 bags, addressed to Good World Charity Bank. The bank is a children's relief organization run by Hwaeomsa Temple's leader, Venerable Deokmun.

It also discussed RM's discussion with Deokmun regarding BTS's expectations for the military exemption. With the recent news leaked, RM criticized them for invading his privacy by posting on his Instagram stories.

On Instagram, RM expressed his gratitude for his time at the temple. However, he voiced out his shock after seeing a published article about his visit. RM then wrapped up the post by stating he'll visit a different temple and return discreetly.

Moreover, he placed the hashtag #lowkeymustbelowkey

"Thank you for the good time, but to say you released an article about it. I'll just go to a different temple next time and come back quietly. #lowkeymustbelowkey"

Afterwards, RM deleted his Instagram post about his temple visit. The post consisted of photos, featuring RM's mirror selfie and him enjoying his time at the temple.

ARMYs Express Their Thoughts Regarding RM's Posts & Privacy Invasion

With the recent events, it is clear to ARMYs that the media reports have invaded RM's privacy. Since then, fans went to RM's defense and demanded that his privacy be respected.

They expressed their thoughts online, stating how it must be difficult for RM. Others claimed how RM shouldn't meet with the monk again.

"He shouldn't even have to do any of this. Man, like he should be able to visit a temple without having to think twice about someone going behind his back like that."

"When i read that tweet about the monk telling the media bits of his convo with joon, I was so confused because, are you supposed to reveal that? Why would you immediately go to the media?"

"Namjoon is 100% right for being mad about this because it's so annoying you can't even trust a monk since they'll spill everything to K-media. It's a private conversation for a reason. Why would you go to the press and tell them everything. This is just insane."

"As a spiritual guide, you're meant to release people's burdens privately and not share anything with anyone. He went there exactly for that."
