Here Are Comebacks in 2nd Week of January 2023

H1-KEY - 'Rose Blossom'

Starting with girl groups, H1-KEY set the bar high with their first mini-album, "Rose Blossom."

Following its release on the 5th, it ranked atop the iTunes album charts in Bahrain and Turkey. The album also entered iTunes and Apple Music albums in seven countries, including Singapore, Mexico, Australia and Thailand.

With this release, the group is rising as a "girl crush" group, certified by Spotify, the largest music streaming company in the world after HI-KEY was selected as the cover of its "Spotify Girl Crush" playlist.

MONSTA X - 'Beautiful Liar'

MONSTA X also showed off their position as a third-gen representative as their dropped their new song, "Beautiful Liar," the lead track of their 12th mini-album, "REASON" on the 9th.

The title track "Beautiful Liar" depicts the reasons for love found in the most dangerous relationships. The song also sings the theme of, "a dangerous emotion that can never be rejected, a love that cannot be let go while continuing a dangerous relationship."

On the same day, the mini-album, "Reason," was unveiled wherein the six tracks narrate the story of finding a clear reason for existence within various relationships and discovering each other's meaning.

SF9 - 'Puzzle'

SF9 is finally back!

On the 9th, they cemented their impact with their 12th mini-album, "THE PIECE OF9."

The album includes a total of six songs, including the title track "Puzzle." According to Dawon:

"It is an album that contains the contents of a complete team by collecting scattered pieces like puzzles. We've transformed into mysterious and classic agents this time. I think it would be good if you look forward to more mature music than before."

Jaeyoon added:

"This album is the most satisfying of SF9's album concept."

Huh Yunjin - 'I ≠ DOLL'

Huh Yunjin is still a rookie, but she's already securing her position as a singer-songwriter outside LE SSERAFIM!

On Jan. 9, Yunjin released her second self-composed track, "I ≠ DOLL" on the group's official YouTube channel. The MV was produced in an animation format featuring characters drawn by Huh Yumjin herself.

"I ≠ DOLL" is a rock-based trap song, which delivers the message that she should not be misled by her appearance and miss her inner value.

In addition, the song says that idols are not beings who live like dolls in a woven framework but are strong people who show extraordinary talents in some fields and on the contrary have flaws but strive for growth.

VERIVERY - 'It's You'

While on the topic of self-composed tracks, VERIVERY also unveiled a special video of their self-composed song, "It's You," on the 9th, which contains their love for fans.

In the released video, VERIVERY instantly captivated viewers by delivering the song in a white costume reminiscent of a pure white prince as they delivered a cozy feeling with their serenading vocals.

In particular, the song was prepared as a gift to VERRER (fandom) to commemorate its 4th debut anniversary.
