Hickey Or Bruise? BTS RM's Neck Has ARMYs In Hysteria During Weverse Livestream

BTS RM shocked ARMYs during his latest Weverse livestream. Eagle-eyed fans quickly saw the idol's neck exhibiting a mark, to which they debated if it's a hickey or bruise.

Here's what people are saying.

Hickey Or Bruise? ARMYs Debate on BTS RM's Neck Patch During Weverse Livestream

On February 16, BTS RM held a Weverse live, where he engaged interactions with ARMYs. While his livestream is a surprise itself, the live took over the internet for another reason.

During the live, ARMYs swooped in and quickly noticed a dark patch on RM's neck, which they concluded as a hickey. Some were convinced since RM is visibly shown hiding the mark with his jacket, thus ending the live.

It didn't take long for the video to spread across the net, with the word "HICKEY" trending online. This led to ARMYs express hilarious reactions regarding RM's suspected hickey, pointing out the idol has received one right after Valentine's Day.

However, some countered that RM's mark is a bruise from CrossFit and not a hickey. Since RM also mentioned that he was also doing CrossFit, the rapper also got hurt a little.

CrossFit normally strengthens body physique, and as form of high intensity interval training method, it's understandable if bruises or injuries are inevitable. Some fans defended that the mark is common to people who engages in CrossFit training.

BTS RM Shares Reason He Prefers Speaking English Over Korean

In other news, RM also gained attention in a live for a langue-related topic. In April 9, 2022, the rapper held a livestream on V Live to spend time with ARMYs.

On April 2022, BTS has just finished the second night of their "Permission to Dance On Stage" concert in Las Vegas. In the livestream, RM took his time answering queries from fans. The idol was considerate enough to speak both English and Korean language, so that international fans can understand what he's saying.

RM was so fluent in both languages, it led ARMYs to ask him if he prefers English or Korean. The BTS leader replied that he prefers English, since it's more comfortable for him. He explained that unlike in Korean where he's cautious of his speech, speaking in English enables him to voice his insights freely.

"In our Las Vegas concerts, I discovered that I sometimes feel comfortable speaking in English. I didn't study abroad or anything.

But sometimes, I become more honest when speaking in English. When speaking in Korean, I tend to be more cautious."
