Lee Chaeyeon to Return in April With New Album

On March 13, WM Entertainment, Lee Chaeyeon's agency, announced:

"This is her new album after 6 months since her solo debut album released last October, and will continue her upward trend."

Lee Chaeyeon recently finished filming her new music video, and is getting ready to make her comeback.

In October last year, Lee Chaeyeon released her 1st mini-album, "HUSH RUSH," marking her debut. She successfully displayed her solo and showed her own musical color.

Lee Chaeyeon also made a quick entry into the top domestic music charts with "HUSH RUSH," and set a record with a music video that received 10 million views in just four days.

With this album, Lee Chaeyeon proved her true worth as a solo artist and imprinted her incomparable presence. She is boosting fans' hopes for her new music and improved performance.

Lee Chaeyeon's Success As Solo Artist

After IZ*ONE's disbandment, Lee Chaeyeon was the fourth member who debuted as soloist. Kwon Eunbi, Jo Yuri and Choi Yena made their solo debuts in August 2021, October 2021, and January 2022, respectively.

With this, their fans supported and rooted for Lee Chaeyeon regarding her career as a soloist.

In January this year, Lee Chaeyeon revealed her official name for her fans on Instagram. The name, CHAERISH, is a mix of "Chaeyeon" and the English word "Cherish,"

The name implies that Chaeyeon values her fans and that they are the ones she values most. It also symbolizes the desire for Chaeyeon and her supporters to keep cherishing one another and making lovely memories that they can cherish forever.

Lee Chae Yeon was IZ*ONE's primary dancer, lead rapper, and lead vocalist. She made her group debut during Produce 48's second season.

Alongside her sister ITZY's Chaeryoung, Chaeyeon was well-known for participating in JYP Entertainment's "SIXTEEN" and making an appearance.

After IZ*ONE's split, Chaeyeon competed in the Mnet Dancing Survival Program "Street Woman Fighter," where she came in 7th place.
