On March 15, the idol-actor Kim Jaejoong revealed on a variety show, "The Life Of Men These Days - Husband Class," that he is currently in a relationship.
During the episode, the singer spilled the reason behind his rare presence and exposure on television shows in Korea. According to him, he is busy promoting in Japan. He also stated that he lives overseas due to the length of his promotions.
As the show progressed, Kim Jaejoong also revealed his boring lifestyle. One of the hosts, Lee Seung Cheol, then advised him:
"You need to get a girlfriend soon."
But viewers and the MCs were shocked when Kim Jaejoong made a revelation about his relationship status.
"I'm currently dating."
In November 2022, Kim Jaejoong ranked as the No. 1 K-pop Idol Japanese women want to marry, that was why his recent admission set the internet into a whiplash. The poll also revealed how massively popular he is in the country.
However, viewers and his fans immediately made a sigh of relief after he followed up his revelation.
Kim Jaejoong said:
"I'm in a relationship dating with my fans."
Lee Seung Cheol then apologized to Kim Jaejoong, saying that the idol-actor is saying this because he's someone from the older generation. They learned it during their time.
